Almond Flour Cinnamon Roll Bites
Almond flour cinnamon roll bites are one of those snacks that work for anything—breakfast on the go, mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or a low-key dessert. They’re simple, satisfying, and versatile enough to fit any mood or moment.
Ingredients
For the dough:
1 ½ C. Almond flour
2 oz. Cream cheese
ÂĽ tsp. Xanthan gum
1 Large egg
1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
For the filling:
3 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
4 oz. Cream cheese softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
For the topping:
1 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 Tbsp. Swerve granular
½ tsp. Cinnamon
Serving Tips
They’re great straight out of the oven, but a little extra goes a long way. Try serving them warm with a drizzle of cream cheese glaze, maple syrup, or a spoonful of Greek yogurt on the side. For a festive twist, dip them in melted dark chocolate or sprinkle with crushed pecans for added crunch. Hosting brunch? Stack them on a tiered platter and serve with coffee or chai for an easy upgrade.

Storage Tips
These bites also hold up well for later. Once they’ve cooled, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. If you want them to last longer, keep them in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for about 10–15 seconds to bring back that fresh-baked feel. You can also freeze them—just arrange the bites on a baking sheet to freeze individually, then transfer to a sealed freezer bag. They’ll keep for up to a month. When ready to eat, thaw at room temp or microwave for 30 seconds.
